Esther Gleave

Principal, B.B.S., C.A.

Esther is one of MCI’s experienced advisory and compliance Principals. She began her accounting journey at one of the four large accounting firms in Napier as a business adviser for corporate clients, in a wide variety of industries. She also spent several years as the financial accountant for a large network lines business before joining MCI in 2014. Since then, she has enhanced her rural accounting knowledge and enjoys this aspect of her accounting role. Additionally, Esther has a wealth of knowledge in commercial accounting across many areas -  transport, trades, investments, health, rentals, retail, to name a few. 

 

When not in the office, Esther can often be found out and about with her dog, and enjoying time with friends and family. She has a great passion for travelling and is looking forward to experiencing more wonders of the world.
