MCI & Associates is a proudly locally owned and operated, team of accountants and advisors. Heading up the firm are Directors - Neil Ivamy, Esther Gleave (both Accounting Principals), Sean Stafford (Advisory Principal) and Heidi Morgans (Practice Manager), alongside experienced Principals - Simon Curran, Moira Paewai and Sam Ellingham, who are supported by some 50+ accounting and administration staff.

Sam Ellingham

Sam, an experienced farmer, accountant, and business advisor has been a Principal at MCI & Associates since 2014. Brought up on the family farm at Horoeka east of Dannevirke, Sam has 20 years hands-on sheep & beef, and dairy farming experience. With farming in his blood, he loves to give back and so he has been actively involved with Tararua Farmer of the Year for many years. The combination of Sam's farming and accountancy background has allowed him to have a balanced view of what makes a successful business in both agriculture and commercial enterprises.

 

Apart from spending quality time with his family, Sam likes spending time in the great outdoors fishing, diving, motorcycling, hunting and tramping.

 

Sam is very active in the community as works with the Lions as well as having put in some years in the past to the Bush Multisports Trust and if you need a JP then Sam’s your man.
