MCI & Associates is a proudly locally owned and operated, team of accountants and advisors. Heading up the firm are Directors - Neil Ivamy, Esther Gleave (both Accounting Principals), Sean Stafford (Advisory Principal) and Heidi Morgans (Practice Manager), alongside experienced Principals - Simon Curran, Moira Paewai and Sam Ellingham, who are supported by some 50+ accounting and administration staff.

Fallon La Dette

Fallon is an Associate with MCI & Associates. She joined MCI’s predecessor, Beard Dodson Ivamy, as an accounting clerk 17 years ago before it merged with Holloway & Irwin to become MCI & Associates. 

 

She understands that achieving your goals requires hard work and it can take time to reach your destination. It’s the same for work as in life - She enjoys helping her clients to put the things in place to keep them on track and achieve their goals.

 

With three children ranging in age from 18 down to 11 years old, Fallon and her partner are kept really busy in their spare time with sports and other school activities.
