Sean Stafford leads our advisory team. An experienced corporate banker with 17 years of banking leadership and deal structuring experience, Sean previously specialised in large scale agricultural businesses.

In the last 10years Sean has been a Regional Manager for ANZ leading the Wairarapa Tararaua Commercial and Agri Banking team. Alongside this Sean has also led the Agri Corporate Banking team for the ANZ Central Region for the past 2 years. Sean has an extensive network across the wider business community in the Lower North Island.

Sean is extremely skilled in leading teams, mediation coaching and facilitation, business strategy, deal structuring, raising finance intergenerational business transition and business governance.
