MCI & Associates is a proudly locally owned and operated, team of accountants and advisors. Heading up the firm are Directors - Neil Ivamy, Esther Gleave (both Accounting Principals), Sean Stafford (Advisory Principal) and Heidi Morgans (Practice Manager), alongside experienced Principals - Simon Curran, Moira Paewai and Sam Ellingham, who are supported by some 50+ accounting and administration staff.

Heidi Pihama

Client Services Manager

Heidi is the Client Services Manager at MCI & Associates. Prior to joining the practice in February 2020, she spent 13 years managing staff in a variety of industries including hospitality and animal health. Heidi represents the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with MCI's services. She handles and resolves client queries, develops strategies for improving customer services, and manages the daily operations and team at the Pahiatua Office. Heidi finds her role with MCI very rewarding - she loves seeing her team learn and progress, catching up with clients and hearing about their goals and success in their business.

 

When away from work, Heidi lives on a small lifestyle block with her daughter, two horses, their dog and some cattle. She loves being outside and active hence her involvement in endurance horse riding, which takes her all over the North Island. She also enjoys reading books and being out in the garden.
