MCI & Associates is a proudly locally owned and operated, team of accountants and advisors. Heading up the firm are Directors - Neil Ivamy, Esther Gleave (both Accounting Principals), Sean Stafford (Advisory Principal) and Heidi Morgans (Practice Manager), alongside experienced Principals - Simon Curran, Moira Paewai and Sam Ellingham, who are supported by some 50+ accounting and administration staff.

Rowena Bowie

People and Capability Manager

Rowena brings a vast range of skills and experience to the team at MCI, including a career as a legal executive, work as a gym instructor and extensive community, voluntary and mentoring roles. She has a reputation for hard work, high achievement and success. Away from work, she enjoys any physically challenging exercise, such as Outward Bound’s survival experience, Tough Guy and Gal events, golf, walking and boxing. 


Rowena helps the team at MCI pull together to achieve great things and knocks down any barriers in the way. She loves being a People and Capability Manager, a role that brings all her skills together to create a workplace with a positive culture that is easy to work within. 


Rowena lives in Dannevirke on a small lifestyle block with her family.
