We have finally got to Alert Level 2 and we wanted to give you an update of what we will be doing going forward.
MCI & Associates offices will re-open our doors to our clients as from Monday 18th May. We have made this decision because not all our staff will be back working in the office until this point.
There will still be some restrictions in place however. We will only be allowing a small number of clients to be in our reception areas at any one time and of course we will continue to maintain physical distancing. There will be signs on our doors asking you to remain outside if there are already clients in reception and, to stand behind the tape once in reception until you can be attended to.
We also request that anybody who is sick in anyway does not enter our offices. We will continue to have secure boxes in our foyers so that clients who cannot come in, can still deliver work to us. You may also, of course, continue to post or scan documentation to us.
At this point, we will still not be holding client meetings in our offices in the main, but these can continue to happen either via phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or any other way we can possibly have them in the interim period. Once the alert levels go down, we will look to recommence these.
We will continue to have a contact tracing log in place so anybody who does enter will have their names recorded on this. There will be hand sanitizer at our reception counters for you to use.
We will continue to update you as things change, but in the meantime, it will be nice to have a little bit of normality compared to what we have had over the past several weeks. Take care.
